On May 8, 2025, the Faculty of Geology and Petroleum Engineering was honored to have the University solemnly organize a ceremony to present the ASIIN Certificate and the Certificate of Merit from the Rector.
In addition to the Faculty of Geology and Petroleum Engineering, two other faculties were also honored to receive the ASIIN Certificate and the Rector’s Certificate of Merit during the ceremony: the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Transportation Engineering.
Associate Professor Pham Son Tung, who was in charge of the ASIIN accreditation for the Geology Engineering program, together with representatives from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Transportation Engineering, received the ASIIN accreditation certificate.

Associate Professor Pham Son Tung, who led the ASIIN accreditation process for the Geology Engineering program, together with representatives from the Faculties of Civil Engineering and Transportation Engineering, received the Rector’s Certificate of Merit for their outstanding performance in successfully completing the ASIIN accreditation process for the respective academic programs.
Several faculty members from the respective Faculties received the Rector’s Certificates of Merit in recognition of their active contributions to the successful completion of the ASIIN accreditation process for the academic programs.
