One of the potential grants is called "Southeast Asia International Joint-Research and Training Program".  The deadline to apply for this year is Feb 20 (not enough time for us) so maybe we can plan to submit a proposal in January 2018.

 There are also other grants we can explore.  It will take times to find them.  I will keep you posted if we found more information.

 I have invited two professors from the US to come visit Taiwan this year.  And it will be great if I can invite you to Taiwan early next year (January?).  Usually, such invitation will cover your airfare and one week living expenses.

Another funding is for the MS or BS student to come to Taiwan for a summer internship.
