- Based on the agreement to sponsor a full scholarship "MATTROIBECON" for new students of the Faculty of Geology Petroleum and Engineering, HCMUT for the period of 2021-2025 on 8 months 10 years 2021;
- Based on the minutes of the meeting to interview the MATTROIBECON 2021 between the Faculty's Executive Board, the Alumni Community Representative Board of the Faculty of Geology & Petroleum and the candidates on November 8, 2021;
