In harmony with the School’s Opening Ceremony, the Faculty of Geological Engineering and Petroleum Engineering also solemnly organized the Opening Ceremony to welcome the Faculty’s new students.

Attending the ceremony were distinguished lecturers of the Faculty of Geology and Petroleum Engineering, esteemed representatives from enterprises, and alumni of the Faculty. Most importantly, the event was graced by the presence of more than 160 freshmen who had successfully been admitted to the Faculty.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the enterprises and the Alumni Community Representatives of the Faculty for their support and generous sponsorship of valuable scholarships for the top-ranking and second-ranking freshmen, as well as several scholarships for outstanding fourth-year students with excellent academic performance and resilience.
